A Guy that Does That.com Was created by 3 Brothers who wanted to see if they could provide the type of service and conveniance that was missing from standard "Tech Support". With a philosophy of simply, "Conveniant To An Extreme" We wanted to provide as many ways possible to get you connected and up and running without the need to jump through hoops to do it. You can get your lives back to a productive state at your conveniance, your time and your way. We merely give you the options to do so unlike the big tech giants service plans or warrantys which force you to pay for a plan up front while paying even more down the road. Here, you use us when you need us and we will always do our best to get you up and running as quickly as possible and if we cannot fix it we will let you know your possible options and what it will cost exactly. No ifs, maybe's or I dont know's, ever. If it can be done and we can do it ourselves we will or we will find a way to fix it for you while being up front with you the entire time. He has worked in I.T. as both a civilian having worked for large corporations such as Dell and Acer Technologies and for the US Military and Dept. of Defense. He holds multiple degrees in Network Administration and Computer science as well as CompTIA A+, Network + and Security + Certifications as well as Multiple D.o.D Certifications in the Field of I.T.
